🔔 How to Add Alerts

Alerts notify you about important changes to vehicles you care about — WOF/COF expiry, ownership changes, RUC license expiry and more.

How to Add an Alert

1. Search for a vehicle — enter a plate number (rego), VIN, or chassis number on the home page.
2. View the vehicle report — once you have the report, look for the alert button.
3. Click "Send Me Alert" — this creates an alert for that vehicle.

Managing Your Alerts

You can view and manage all your alerts from My CARJAM → 🔔 Alerts:

• View all your active alerts
• Enable or disable specific alert types
• Delete alerts you no longer need
• Add multiple alerts in bulk

Pricing

Members get 2 free alerts. Account holders can have unlimited alerts with additional features like ownership change monitoring and RUC expiry alerts.
